amazing the difference of coloration of the same bird
in two different moments of shots, the 2 photos shot
with fine POV, fine focus excellent sharpness and details,
it is true that if the bird of the left side was turned his head
we would see his beak, but like is on your photo he is showing

Hello Ron,
A superb double showing how the iridescent colors can vary according to the angle as shown by these two sharp views of a male Anna's Hummingbird. It looks like the the beak is shiny so that it has the red reflection in the straight frontal view.
This is a great contribution that is a joy to view.

A wonderful collage of this Anna's Hummingbird. Isn't it amazing how the colors change as they move around. I don't know if that only happens in Arizona or not. Both pictures are excellent. I hope you saw a Roadrunner while you were here!

before i read the note, i have not know that it's the same bird, the colors of his head are so different seen from another POV, thanks your beautiful collage, we can good compare the two version

Thanks for sharing the beauty of Anna's Hummingbird and doing so in a duo. It is great to look at both the photographs showing different sides to the bird, different features and different colouring in the plumage. One cannot think that both images are from the same bird. This just proof that one can achieve so much in a scene or pose just by taking a shot from another viewpoint. Anna's Hummingbird is a striking bird with some lovely glowing colours and your photography shows it well and with great clarity. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

This is a great assembly of the 2 different views of Anna's Hummingbird. I especially
like the one on the left where you used the fill-in flash to bring out the iridescent red
colours of the facial and head areas. You're right, it's a pity that the detail of the beak
got lost in that shot although the one on the right made up amply for the loss. You have
captured good details of the plumage on either shots. The colours are nice and natural.

And this tow iamges are wonderfu as well, Really good shots of different angle and perspective. I love the bright red on its head, it only appear very briefly. I see a few, they are just so fast, hard to capture. Thanks for the effort.
