[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a little bit different from my usually objects. But nowadays everywhere has been covered by snow, it must be a suitable object for main actual thema. I took it in 2007 during a phototrip to Keles. It was very cold day like today :)

I found this fallen poplar leaf on a frozen lake near Keles which was named as Barakli Göleti. It was a sunny but so cold day. The leaf was heated by the sun rays and melted the ice and buried into ice layer.

Have a nice day.

You have created a work of art from this simple phenomenon of nature, Fevzi, my friend.
The image is very artistic and original and a technically superb capture.
The framing you have chosen shows how much care must have gone into it.
Well done and thanks!

Dear Fevzi!

Congratulations for this superb picture. Now that you know my style, you easily can understand that I like that kind of pictures very much. The ice-window opens on the death... so symbolic, so well seen and realized!

Kind regards

Markus

Merhaba Akhi Fevzi,
though dead and frozen it still gives a very beautiful graphic and beauty. to be seen and appreciated. You did very well in giving a nice view with clarity and sharpness.
The air bubbles in the ice are so excellently shown and you did it very professionally in giving a splendid emphasis.
Simply breathtaking!

Foozi
