Hi Greg,
yes, I also need warmer days ... but you sunny shot helps a little ;-)
A pretty yellow crab-spider, I like it.
I also had one in my garden last summer, only saw them in white before.
Thanks for yours, warm greetings

Hi Grzegorz,
Splendid setting to achieve contrast and to appreciate fully the spider on the petal. Great cut and vertical composition. Very appropriate.

Hi Greg
The spider is trying hard to imitate the colour of the flower. Good composition, sharpness, details and POV. But it got me thinking, what happens to the spiders in your cold winters?, I assume they die? How do the eggs survive through the long winter? Now you have some research to do - ha ha.

Hallo Greg
10/10 for the warm and bright colours of this fine macro, and another 10/10 for the clear and sharp details on both the flower and the spider. And 5/10 for the half of a fly we can see at the bottom in the right hand corner. Ha-ha. An overall pleasing image with warm and inviting colours. It definitely warmed up this rainy day in Empangeni. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Excellent capture, Grzegorz, it's amazing how these little critters will adapt their colour to the surroundings so as to stay inconspicuous.
