What a creature, I thought you'd been to the salt water acquarium to get this ;-))
Very clean capture with focus spot on - which isn't always so easy with hairy fellows like these - good colours and DOF with bg nicely oof.

Woaaah! You spend way to much time prepping him for the photo Robert, and sorry to say you went a bit overboard. :)
This is a fascinating capture. You did very well with the DOF. The moth is pale, but this critter... front and centre of the Milan summer collection. :)

My God!... if these insects were greater, would be the nightmares of all we.

Our neighbors once found a distant relative of this fellow (in the USA) and it looked like a creature from a distant planet. This is remarkably clear and sharp, though perhaps with a green cast to the picture?

WOW! If i had seen a stationery one of this creatures, i'd probably think it's a sponge or a toy and i'd pick it up coz it's so nice and attracting! details are really nice. I have a pretty unique caterpillar too but i can't seem to find out it's name that has the same characteristics but it's orange. Thanks for sharing.

Robert, what a bizarre creature. Even though, extremely beautiful. Looking at it, I even don't have the feeling it's a living being.
I also want to thank you for your note.
