|This young male Osprey had just finished eating s fat mullet and was settling down for a nap. Ospreys are common here along the Atlantic coast. They are among the larger hawks, close kin to the eagles. Their diet is fish, caught by hovering until they spot a target, then a fast dive with talons outstretched. They have powerful feet and impressive talons.|
