The forest of Jozani in the center of Zanzibar island, an old forest with trees, but especially which shelters endemic colonies of monkeys : The Zanzibar Red Colobus. They are protected like their environment. Because is a species in the process of disappearance: its habitat rarefies, their rate of reproduction is weak and they do not live in captivity species : Procolobus kirkii endemic primate of the island of Zanzibar.

Bonjour Anne,
Merci de votre gentille critique de mon image de Pulsatille. Bievenue aussi sur TN! J'ai regardé vos trois photos et celle-ci me plaît bien par l'originalité du sujet et l'expression adorable de ce petit singe à la chevelure hirsute. L'image du paon de jour ne me semble pas trop bonne, sa qualité étant trop médiocre. Vous excuserez ma franchise, mais c'est en prenant conscience des défauts d'une image que l'on peut progresser.
