[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

hope you're all doing ok, i haven't posted anything for a while i'm sorry to say, a busy life and poor weather is making photography not as frequent as i would like at the moment, but this should all change pretty soon and i will be able to post more frequently again.

This then, is Kimmeridge Bay, a well photographed bay on Dorsets' 'Jurassic Coast'. I arrived here after chasing the sunset after work last week, desperate to use my camera and get some photography done. I stacked a couple of Lee ND filters here to get the length of exposure i wanted whilst there was still some colour in the sky, a .6 and a .9 respectively.

Hope to be back more frequently soon, thanks for for looking!

Glad to hear you'll be back with more photos. The one you have shared today is great. The exposure is lovely creating a beautiful effect on the see. The colours and detail are also wonderful and the composition adds to the whole image by sticking on line of thirds.

Hello Paul!
Writting comment to your last pipcture I overlooked that my points were ended, sorry :(
Anyway, I think that a few weeks of break from TN was too much when I'm looking at your pictures. This one looks like painted not photographed!
You are the master of landscape photography.
Bravo and TFS!
Have a nice weekend!

Howdy Paul,

The long exposure really creates some magic for this scene! Once again, I like the rich tones that add mystery and mood to the image.
