Hirundo rustica
Swallows are slimmer and more elegant than the martins, a feature exaggerated by the long tail streamers of the adults. The dark throat and, of course, the all-dark rump separate them easily from House Martins and Red-rumped Swallows.
Breeds mostly in farm buildings. Feeds in the air usually over open country.

Widespread and numerous in most of Europe.

Hey Alper, incredible expsoure and great colors and DOF.

Hmmm, not sure about this, twins for twin ;). Well it is a beautiful shot, just lovely. I love the mirror effect going off into the distance and what great detail too. TFS :)

I'm surprised you didn't call it Twin by Twin!

Very interesting and original shot. I think it is great. The details on the nearest bird are spot on as is the exposure. Don't get me wrong it is a super shot but I wish there was a little more space between these two.

I love the way you have used the DOF here.

Very, well done. Please post a note :-)

Hi Alper,
She is a beauty!
Superb shot, very sharp and clear image, beautiful colour, I like the depth of field.

Çok güzel bir kare.Sanki yeşil bir ayna varmış gibi.Elinize sağlık

Perfect...nothing more to say..

Hello Alper

Good title! It always fascinates me how the colours change from country to country with the different variations of sub species. The Welcome Swallow we have in New Zealand (Hirundo tahitica) has deep blue and rust/orange plumage.

This is a lovely composition. You have achieved good depth of colour in the plumage and a catchlight that brings the eye alive. The OOF BG is nice with its mottled colours. Good sharp focus and detail. Nice work. Thanks.

Beautiful capture with excellent sharpness and detail on the in-focus bird. Good POV and colours.

Very nice picture, Alper. The front bird is very sharp in focus, with the rear one not. It makes for an interesting composition. Good lightspot in the eye. TFS.

Great shot Aleper

Hi Alper. Superb shot. I like the juxtaposition of the two very much, with one very sharp, and the other out of focus in the BG. The exposure is perfect and the colors are warm and beautiful. Well done and TFS. : )

Superb colors in this pic. I also like the way you used the DOF here. All the attention goes out to bird in front.
Great shot and thanks for sharing.

Great image Alper, I like this shadow effect with the second bird out of focus in the background. Good composition and colours have come through well. Fine shot, well done, Rob

Although I can't qualify as a critique of this kind of photo, I really like this image. The focus on the subject is sharp, the background colors and the other bird are perfectly blurred to add to the frame. My favorite part of the image is the branch or perch, it seems to run through the image, adding a pleasant depth.

Keep it up!

Merhaba Alper,
Harika kompozisyon. Kuslarin ritminin yaninda dalin yılankavi kivrimi isi bitirmis.
Netlik, renkler, detaylara diyecek yok. Belki kuslarin arasi biraz daha acik olabilir di ama ne gam :)
Bu haliyle de mukemmel.
Ellerine saglik.
