Beach Hermit

A picture of a Hermit Crab in Tokashiki Island, Okinawa, Japan.
You have to be very patient while waiting for them to come out of their shells. The beaches in Tokashiki are actually coral beaches and instead of sand you see coral grains on the beach. You can see the Hermit carry some of them in the picture.
Tokashiki is a beautiful island with a beautiful reef and an excellent spot for snorkling and diving.
Thanks for watching!

Kirti,
Very nice macro. I love the stones on his shell and legs. Great sharpness and composition. Nice subject on an interesting looking beach. Thanks for sharing.

Hallo Kirti
This is a great image and not something one see every day or just notice if it is not by accident or if you know where to look or find them. This Hermit Crab surely has the right colours and markings to camouflage itself well in its surrounding. The fine and most colourful sea stones are lovely and compliment your main subject beautifully. Thanks for sharing this very interesting creature. Best regards.

Namastay bhaijaan Kirti,
A fine capture of nature at its best. The Hermit crab is in excellent focus. It looks like the crab is a bit too fat;) Good use of shallow DOF to isolate it from similar coloured BG!
TFS and have a nice sunday!
Cheers,
Bayram
