Dear Haraprasan!
Your picture simply is superb! It's amazing to notice the unity of the colour tones between the snake and its environment. Your picture reflects the snakes ability for camouflage at best. The snake's pose, the lighting and the fine compsoition with a blurred part right between the snake's head are magnificent.
Kind regards
Markus

Hi Haraprasan,
Are you sure this is a photo and not a painting? It is very artistic and beautiful. I love how the snake seems to be moving into the picture with his body draped over the branch. The face is amazing with the opened mouth and the fantastic eye. The body and its markings are outstanding. Although he is so well camouflaged he stands out clearly because of the fine details and excellent clarity. The colors are magnificent and most unusual.

Hi Haraprasan,
All in green your picture and what a subject!! This Vine snake has a very impressive expression on your shot, I wouldn't go to close, even if it is mildly venomous! It also has very beautiful patterns on its back. Interesting and original composition too. Thanks for this posting
Kind regards

My dear friend Haraprasan,
A splendid photo of the green vine snake! A splendid dedication for Bayram, which he deserves so much.
Unfortunately my books are packed for moving to another town. But I am quite sure, that this snake does not occur in South Africa.
The Vine Snake here is much darker, sort of muddy brown, has the distinctive ''vine leave'' pattern over the whole body and lives in climbing plants (fences). The South African Vine Snake is also quite poisonous and no antidote exist.
Thank you very much for sharing this interesting photo,
Have a nice evening
Warm Regards
Ingrid
