[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

Picture taken at the very end of the Val d'Hérens. Very impressive are these rocky areas where you can see the ravines created by the water coming down the slopes. The summer having been very warm, not much water in them. This area was just above the tree limit, but still with some low vegetation and quite a lot of small butterflies around, especially Erebia species.

Fine landscape showing the habitat very well, good composition with bit of sky giving relief from the rocks. tfs.

Hi Anne,

A nice shot of alpine slopes without the snow. Nice dof showing nice detail throughout. I like the way the ravines lead the eye up the mountain.
TFS regards Bill.

Hi Anne Gattlen ,
Fantastic landscape in splendid light and colours. Regards.

Bonjour Anne,
You are priveledged to live in such a beautiful area and take such fine landscape shots for us to admire!
The composition is superb and the perspective with the gradual increase in greenery with the reduction of altitude is interesting to note.

Hi Anne,
A nice capture of this beautiful landscape. Very good composition with lovely colors. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Hello Anne,
Thanks for your visit and I hope everything is just fine.
Beautiful Alpine landscape you present us. Very detailed and well sharpened.
Excellent short note as well.

Hi Anne,
I can see the snow meltin in the spring and the water coming down through the slopes. I think this is also a nice place for 'murmeltieren' or 'Gämse' but I don't know if they life there. Very impressive mountain with the white tops.

Hello Anne,
Impressive mountain landscape taken in good weather condition with blue sky. I also like composition and colors. Well done!

Hy Anne
This summerI missed the mountains. So, you imagine that I am very pleased to discover this image in your galery. I really like the layers, from the bottom with the bushy vegetation towards the snowy peaks. Perfect!
Kind regards,
