A beauty she is, but impressive and fearful, too. Luckily I encounter her only through TN... The picture is beautiful, and the details are well shaped. I also like the insect's pose and the complementary picture in the WS.

A lovely capture of this beautiful camel spider female. I have seen this species before from you and also from Radomir Jaskula (Cicindela) (not this species but something similar). Great sharp details and a lovely composition. Thanks a lot for sharing this beauty,

Nature is full of wonderful things and places like this allow us to unearth them.I had seen before pictures of this genus of spiders taken by U.S. soldiers in Iraq, but they were of different species and, i think, even manipulated.Tales described them like monstrous and huge beings, even capable to eat human flesh....Anyway its appearance is not the most reassuring.

Again an incredible post from you my friend!
Even if this is an older post, people needed to see this again and it's definitely worth enjoying in every aspect.
This spider is just terrific and the pose you managed to get here is simply magnificent - the legs lifted up and the "mouth" so well visible...what a catch!!!
I also like the clarity of every single details here - with even those hairs so well visible - as well as the great natural light on the whole body.
Overall, a beautiful post.
