Wow, these are the most beautiful Mushrooms I have ever seen, Ulla!
I specially like drops of water suspended from some of them. I would like to call them 'Pearl Mushrooms'.
It is a very difficult shot which you have managed with extraordinary control, making sure we miss none of the details on the rotting wood too.

Good pov and sharness, when you had more light the colours are more brighter but so its also fine from colour.

They really shine like porcelaine. Amazing! The picture looks like from out of space..
I will have a look to our Birch trees to see if eventually there are some of these fungis around.

Easy to see why it is named such, I also think the flash helped bring out the quality of the name. As always, a good lesson in nature.

Great pair of photos (I also like the WS) which perfectly shows the reason of the English name of the species (Hungarian name refers to the ring around the stem, which is absent in the closed relationship). It's very hard to focus on such gloomy surface, but you solved the problem very well. Wonderful image. Congrats and tfs.
