I remember my wilderness in the tall mountains. That was long ago and in the last few years with my health going down...my memories are of just 2008 on this lovely fall day in Four Lakes...a place meant for tourists but visit infrequently.

I imagine the sun coming from behind the firs and pines...landing perfectly for a few minutes...on the wild strawberries and sun dried yarrow....the smells of autumn in the wind. And just beyond being Silver Lake. From this point I image I can hear Canadian Geese and Mallard Duck. Once I saw a Kildeer flying across my field of vision.

But then the dream world I had created disappear quickly as I heard the sound of a large truck on a road....remembering that I was only on the edge of the road...admiring these lovely fall trees..Oh Lord how I miss my youth, yet vivid imaginations and memories suffice......and my hopes are that you too can look at this image and smell...and feel the breeze and share it with me..
Bob

Hello Bob,
This is truly a piece of art, looking more like a painting then a photographic image. You continue to amaze me my dear friend, thank you.

Merhaba Bob!

Hello Bob,
This posting reminds me one of your past ones with the fine sunlight shining through a curtain of trees. It's like if there would be something very special behind...and of course we almost can smell the different flavours dispersed by the wind. We all mis our youth, but the souvenirs we have in our head and heart can bring it back magically.
have a nice weeknd and take care.
Kind regards
Anne

Hi Bob,

The big trees are helping to frame the scenery. The point of view is shoiwng the details and colors of the meadows. The luminosity is bringing out the colors. Have a nice day.
