[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Lots of Skippers are flying, frolicking and playing in the school garden these days. There is only one species of them and I am posting a picture of it today. They are particularly fond of the Coxcomb flowers seen in this picture. Hope you like it.

A Skipper or skipper butterfly is a butterfly of the family Hesperiidae. They are named after their quick, darting flight habits. There are more than 3500 recognized species of skippers and they occur worldwide, but with the greatest diversity in the Neotropical regions of Central and South America.

A lovely shot of this skipper, Sir.
The colours are bright and so full of life.
I like your choice of exposure, too, which renders to the entire composition a warmth, which in turn makes the shot so appealing!

Good use of the sun in its lower position. The colours give the image a typical Indian appearance. I know Indians love colours...and this is most certainly colours....you like sweets as well at celebrations eh Ram?

A colorful Skipper picture you again realised in the School gardens. I would like to see the students observing their professor:-). At the end you will have a lot of emulous photographers behind you..
Always difficult to find out about the exact ID of these Skippers!

Hello Ram,
this is indeed a very captivating view. How lovely to see the coxcomb in it lively red, adding beauty to the detailed skipper. Very nice combination as the incoming light gives a dramatic and exciting effect.
