Hi Sergio,

wonderful, you did it! Caterpillars are rare on TN, probably because they are hard to ID. I got the book of Carter& Hargreaves "Guide des chenilles d'Europe" and it tells me that this caterpillar should be the Notodontid Pheosia tremula, which lives on Populus, Salix or Betula. Real nice photography, I think the one on the workshop area is even better.

My best regards to you
Dietrich

Hi sergio,

I like this picture because of the simple composition with the straight lines. The caterpillar really seems to have a considerable length! Nice one!
Kind regards,
Josien

Hello Sergio,

Fantastic macro.
Colours,light and definition are superb.
Good composition.

Atractiva diagonal y bello conjunto de colores. Se echa en falta algo
de luz pero el conjunto es precioso Sergio.
Un abrazo: Josep Ignasi.

Hello Sergio,
An excellent capture of this caterpillar clasping the twig! Great sharpness and beautiful colours against a smooth background. Very well done!
