Hi Paolo,
you really look them in the eyes! Here the head must be of Artogeia sp. with the beautiful yellow streak on the hind wing! But of course it is the blue eyes that catch my attention. You can even see the "fovea" of insects , the 7 grey patches around it represent the seven retinal cells that cluster around a central cell in each ommatidium. Fantastic! Thanks a lot for this one, Paolo.
