Aşkın gözü gerçekten kördür, öyle ki pislik üzerinde dahi yapılabilir:) Bu pisliksinekleri görünüş açısından arıları andırmalarına rağmen, insanı ve hayvanı rahatsız etmezler, hatta zararlı sinek populasyonlarınının azalmasına yardımcı olarak, yararlı sinekler arasında sayılabilirler. Bu fotoğrafı çekmek için, sığırla dolu bir platonun ortasında ellerimin, dirseklerimin üzerine çökmek ve hali hazırda buharlaşan inek pisliğine santim mesafeye yüzümü koymak zorunda kaldım:) manzarayı tahmin edebilirsiniz sanırım:)

Love is blind: even it could be made on dung:). Although the dung flies may resemble bees in appearance, they leave man and animal alone and they are among the beneficial insects that help reduce the pest fly population. I had to get down on my hands and knees in the middle of a plateau full of cattle and put my face just centimeters from a cow dung that was so fresh it was steaming in order to get this shot:) You can imagine this scene I think:)

Bu dışkısever:) sinek “Adi Sarı Pisliksineği” veya bazen “Altın Pisliksineği” olarak bilinir. Kuzey yarımkürenin büyük bir kısmında en bildik ve en bol olan sineklerden biridir.

İsminin de düşündürdüğü gibi, bu sinek yumurtalarını esas olarak inek (bazen de atların) pisliği üzerine bırakır ve çiftlik alanlarında çok yaygındır. Ergin sinek nektar ile de beslenmesine rağmen, temel olarak etçildir ve daha küçük böcekleri avlar. Erkeği altın sarısı, dişisi ise daha ziyade yeşilimsidir. Vücut uzunluğı 7-11 mm kadardır. Dışkı içinde ürer ve erkeği, normal olarak dışkıyı cazip bulan diğer sinekleri avlayan predatör tabiattadır.

Sarı pisliksinekleri Bahar başında çiftleşmek ve yumurtalarını bırakmak için dışkı üzerinde bir araya gelirler. Dişinin gelişi, vücudun yükseltilip alçaltımasını kapsayan bir hareketle karşılanır ve nihai olarak çifleşen çiftler görülür. Ergin dışkı üzerindeki diğer sinekler ile geçine dursun, larvaları dışkı içerisinde dışkıyla beslenerek gelişirler.

This coprophylic:) fly is known as the “common yellow dung fly” or sometimes called the “golden dung fly”. It is one of the most familiar and abundant of flies in many parts of the northern hemisphere.

As the name suggests, this fly lays its eggs mainly on cow (sometimes horse) dung and it is very common in farmed areas. The adult fly is mainly carnivorous and catches smaller insects, though also eats nectar. The male is golden yellow and the female is more green. Its body length is 7-11 mm. This fly breeds in dung, and the male is a predatory creature that normally catches other flies that have been attracted to dung.

In early spring yellow dung-flies congregate on dung to mate and lay eggs. Arrival of female greeted with flurry of activity and mating pair subsequently seen. Adult preys on other flies on the dung, while their larvae feed and develop inside the dung.

An artistic capture of a wonderful couple fill with love and colors friend Bayram. Good morning. The Slave Isaura continue in the face of the love torrent XVI ! Passing by I could not resist to drop a line here. Despite the visibly shallow dept of field the heads and the front parts of the insects are in good focus. Somehow it works here. In a butterfly "love torrent" the story is different. You miss the eyes and the wings and the photo goes to hell. That's what I think Bayram. The colorless background and the powerful yellow golden colors create pleasant contrast.

Good morning Bayram dostum,
A superb macro!
I like the way you sharpened the features of these copulating Dungflies wiithout oversharpnening the fine fluffy hairs.
The POV shows their features with excellent colours, clarity. DOF and from an ideal lateral POV.
Unfortunately these important actors in the life cycle have been much reduced in Europe by the use of medicaments in cattle.
