amazing creature, TFS Ori
A beautiful specimen from a veyy good POV to show its salient characteristics Peter, the natural surroundings make this a doubly valuable capture. TFS it my friend.
P. s.: You should change the "categories" item from "mammals" to "reptiles"...

This is a beautiful capture of a Leopard tortoise showing lovely details of its patterned shell, the scales on its paws and its eyes and nose. We often look at the Sanparks webcams when we have a few minutes spare and ever so often we see a huge tortoise like this one at the Addo webcam. Thanks for sharing. You have really spoilt us lately with some unique images. Best regards.

Agréable valorisation du sujet dans son environnement et sous une lumière bien maitrisée.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.

Well done Peter. I saw lots of them in the Addo Elephant Park earlier this year and they are big.

Wow Peter ! Nice shot taken from a ground level! I have witness few years ago this majestic tortoise walking proudly on the road between the Karoo and Cape Town! Fine capture and wonderful edition to TN!

Another very beautiful photo of this REPTILE. Fantastic, with a very good DOF in splendid natural colours and very sharp detailed. Taken from a perfect low POV. Very impressive animal!
