[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Today I have in mind one scene from the "Finding Nemo": "whake up, the sun is shining..." After long days of cloudiness, we have here full sun and bright athmosphere. This does not mean that I am going out to shoot something (learning, work duties) but it makes me feel confident that the winter days will have an end.
So, I choose this time to go back in the archives and to post an image from the summer, with a golden Iris (Iris pseudacourus, a common species along lakes and still rivers. I would not start writing something again, I don't know anything new and extraodinary about this species.
But is just that I want to share with you my joy and dreaming for many sunny days.

A beautiful Iris made more beautiful by the dew-drops and the dark BG Oana, an exposure of f/5.6 @ 1/100 sec might improve the DOF though...

this is so beautiful photo of this ordinary flower. Nice natural colours. Good sharpness. I like droplets on it. Nice clear background.

Frumoasa compozitie, felicitari!

Gr8 shot and lovely colours. Try a manual shoot with aperture at 4 and shutter speed set to 125. Perhaps it could give you better and more sharp details. This is my opinion but may differ with Canon. Thanks.

Frumoasa captura cu detalii si culori foarte bune. Contrastul reusit scoate in evidenta subiectul pe un fond inchis la culoare.

Bonjour Oana,
Very artistic flower-picture. Love the color contrast and the decentred composition. Sharpness is a little bit just, but somehow it even makes the picture more mysterious. Très plaisant!
