|Fringed Gentian: Gentiana procera|
Captured in August last year at Oliphant Beach, on the eastern shore of Lake Huron
Tech: composed in camera, captured in very high winds (the winds are probably the reason there were no flowers left to capture the next day), shot in raw, converted, minimally cropped from top and right, resized, deselected background and sharpened

tender colours and good sharpness make your shot a real beauty.
It was awful lot of time has gone since I saw / heard anything new from you, so first of all warm welcome back! You shared a beautiful bunch of flowers, colors nice, sharpness OK (except for the closest petal, which is a bit oof), great DoF, but I feel the rule of thirds doesn't always work well in macro photography - that's why I made my WS version, although generally I find the photo high above the average.
Thanks for sharing this group of blue beauties, I hope you'll have time to be more active on TN in the future, too. All the best, kind regards, László
