Pertence a família Hesperidae, Sub-Família Pyrginae. As antenas possuen dobras em forma de ganchos nas extremidades. As asas posteriores possuem um prolongamento que parece uma cauda. É freqüente observar indivíduos sem esta cauda. Esta particularidade deve ser útil para escapar de predadores.

Family Hesperidae, Sub-Family Pyrginae. The tip feelers are hooked. The hind wings finish like a tail. Is common to see individual without tail, probably by predators.

Hello Marlon,
An interesting butterfly, I think that we have already seen it on this site (probably from Jesus). Fine picture with good sharpness. The composition is a little bit controversial, but I think that tastes can be different.
