The high technical standard, the composition, OOF contrasting natural BG, lighting and colours contribute to a superb portrait of the Mountain Clouded Yellow.
The almost white colour of the forewing suggests that this is a female.

Hello Anne,
well seen shot with soft green eye. The yellow wings are really seen in excellent clarity. the powdery look and well defined detail offer an exciting shot. The light are well balanced giving this butterfly and green leaves a pleasant combination.
Very good blurry background.
