[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello friends,
it was quite sometimes since I last posted my photos. I was terribly busy with my work for a few weeks. so much so that I cant manage my TN pages.
After that I took a breakaway and went for a holiday in Perhentian Island in Terengganu, Malaysia. It was quite exciting and I bought a small compact underwater camera to capture the underwater world.
I just did a simple and easy snorkelling in the shallow water, a shot dive into the clear water.
Im not a good swimmer and not a good diver too. But at least with the small compact I managed to capture a few shot that is exciting to me as I never did underwater shot.
This shot is about 8feet deep and the fish and the coral are lovely for this shallow water experience.

Clownfish or anemonefish are fishes from the subfamily Amphiprioninae in the family Pomacentridae. Twenty-eight species are recognized, one in the genus Premnas, while the remaining are in the genus Amphiprion. In the wild they all form symbiotic mutualisms with sea anemones. Depending on species, clownfish are overall yellow, orange, reddish or blackish, and many show white bars or patches. The largest can reach a length of 18 centimetres (7.1 in), while some barely can reach 10 centimetres (3.9 in).

In popular culture, the film Finding Nemo by Pixar prominently features clownfish as the main characters.

Perhentian Island is a group of small Island where fishermen always take a day off to repair their boat/ship for maintenance and get a shelter from the unexpected sea weather of the South Chinese Sea.

A nature of Perhentian Island is the main attractive. Every year, thousands of tourist flocked to the island. Many from Europe and United States.The outdoor such as jungle tracking, snorkeling, diving and fishing have become the major activities. These activities had derived Perhentian Island's economy as the best Island for vacation in Malaysia. The island also equipped with the telecommunication services. You can get hook up to the internet and communicate with your friends via the wireless telephone. The service charge is average. If you have the GSM hand phone, you should have no problem.

Hello Foozi,
Yes you have been absent for a while..now you have made a new experiment :-) You did well for a first try. May be I would have placed little Nemo slightly more at right or cut a little bit of the bottom of the picture.(these are just suggestions) The idea itself is pleasant and the quality of the shot good.

I saw this species of fish and coral only in aquarium. You were lucky to capture this image in the wild using a underwater camera. Amazingly good light and great details and colours. Well done!
