Hello Maciek,
I got a suggestion about the ID of this plant. I think it's a Bistort or Common Bistort, Polygonum - or Persicaria bistorta.
Very nice nice photo in beauitufl colours and good sharpness. The waterdrops are a bonus. Excellent blurred BG.
