Southern Emu-wren - Stipiturus malachurus

If I am not wrong, this is the first photo of this bird on TN.

I had to sit still, almost one hour under camo and after getting this shot I decided to come out but I nearly felt down as I wasn't feeling my left foot :)
It is worth waiting isn't it.

Hi Fatih
obviously it was worth waiting
fabulous picture of a lovely bird with quite incredible tail-feathers, more looking like dragonflie-wings than bird feathers
thanks for sharing
PS I know the feeling when you start loosing the feeling of a foot in a hide ;-)

Hello Fatih,
What a lovely bird! great captured with excellent clarity, very nice pose, lovely highlighted eye, wonderful lighting and colours, very well captured,
Thanks for sharing and congratulations on a first on TN!
Best Regards,
