[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Spring is in the air and the wildflowers of the Sydney region have begun to bloom.
Here are two samples from the heathlands of the Cambewarra Range near Nowra.
The one on the left is Epacris microphylla (Coral Heath) and the one on the right is Tetratheca thymifolia (Black-eyed Susan). Both are reasonably common in the heaths and woodlands in the mountains west of Sydney and flower from late winter through spring.
Thanks for looking.

Hello Chris. I always find it strange, this season difference we have. Very nice pair of shots, both with great light, colors and details. Both well composed also. Great work!

Spring in Australia? This means autumn in Europe - bad news! Very nice presentation of these two beautifull flowers Chris. One from left has got better shape but one from right better colours, both are great.
