[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Sanibel Island is an island located on the Gulf coast of Florida, just offshore of Fort Myers. We rented a lil cottage on the water and awoke to the most splendid sunrises and sunsets. This pic was captured with my autofocus pocket camera. |

Hallo Brenda
I think that you have done well with this image taking in mind that you took it with a pocket camera. The variation of colours in the sky created by the sunrays is really beautiful. I also want to thank you for not letting the moment go by because you did not have a proper camera at hand, but used the oppertunity to make use of pocket camera. The atmosphere captured is very special. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Hi Brenda,
Interesting action photo.
Regards Jiri.
Hello Brenda,
I must say that the quality is quite bad and even I tried a workshop for you it is not much better. But what I really like is your composition of this beautiful scene and I'm sure that with another photo equipment it what have been a great shot.
Best wishes,
Helmut
Hi Brenda
I have posted a workshop with the horizon straightened. The comments above are good - I agree with what they all say. But no-one mentioned that the horizon was crooked. And we can always rely on the fact that the horizon is NEVER crooked.
There are some free photo softwares you can download - Photofiltre and Photoscape and you can look for photos straighteners in them.
Cheers
Janice
