Hello Ulla,
fine capture of the Purple Emperor with good sharpness and nice pose. I especially like the beautiful patterns and the natural colours. Well done. The blue iridescence on the upper wings in the workshop is also great.

beautiful capture with fine white balance and simplicity dear Ulla Kruys. Glad to see you back! How interesting to observe the butterfly getting nourishment from the ground. Sodium as well as many other minerals is vital for the butterflies reproduction. Good clarity and interesting notes Ulla! Thanks! In my workshop I have increased the sharpness and decreased selectively the brightness of the background slightly. Have a great day Ulla!
