[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Shot this young whitetail buck while standing in the brush,I'm sure he knew I was there because he kept looking towards me.He came fairly close before heading into the trees. The sun was going down fast and I did not want to step out because I knew there was a larger buck around and I was hoping to see him before dark.I've only resized this shot for TN.

Nice shot! You did well to capture him at all, since I know how skittish these creatures are. That said there are a couple of things I think can be improved - firstly there's a moderate cyan cast, you might have removed that by choosing a "Cloudy" white balance in camera when you took the shot - but it's fixable in Photoshop too. The more significant problem is that he doesn't seem to be quite 100% sharp to me - I think you did very well to get it this sharp with that combination of shutter speed and focal length, but in your shoes I think I'd turn the ISO up to 400 (or maybe even 800) to enable you to get a faster shutter speed. Anyway, a very nice capture :-)

The image of the deer between the weeds Blair, is interesting, but the quality of same is enough poor man.
The brightness and contrasts, besides of a bad election in the compression of the image, are inferior the quality of the presentation.
