[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Rüppell's, Lappet-faced and White-backed Vulture
Rüppell's Vulture is large, adult has an ivory bill and scalloped feathers, Lappet-faced is very large, has a huge bill and typical skin lappets almost looking like ears, African White-backed is smaller than Rüppell's but still a large Vulture with all black bill. Juvenile White-backed and Rüppell's can look quite similar.
Rüppell's is a cliff breeder, White-backed breeds on tall trees and the very big Lappet-faced on thorny bushes.

good image. nice timing and lighting. tfs.

Hi Tom,
wonderful scene indeed here and unlike your previous one this looks more appealing to me . I did not liked the cropp on that last post. Technically this can be improved in my opinion ...have a look Tom, the difference between the highlights in the background and the shadows seems quite dramatic. In the workshop I used the shadows/highlights tool to bring that balance. Hope you like the difference.

Bonjour Tom,
Très belle scène de la vie sauvage habilement restituée dans une belle lumière et sous une bonne profondeur de champ.
