Red Eyed Damselfly ?

|Whilst walking near Bellever on Dartmoor I came upon this pretty Damselfly which I believe to be the Red Eyed,I may of course be mistaken.LB.|
As an update this is in fact Beautiful Demoiselle (Calopteryx virgo).With thanks to Bill and Derek.

A very good shot of this demoiselle, which could also be the Beautiful Demoiselle. Excellent focus, colours from a good pov.

Very nice composition of this male Beautiful Demoiselle(agree with Bill). You've captured the metallic colors perfectly & we can see all the majestic features of this pretty danselfly from your choice pov.
Incidentally, we call them (Calopterygidae(Demoiselles)) 'jewelwings' on this side of the pond. A very dainty & beautiful insect indeed.
