Its a fantastic in-flight capture with great timing Vasilis. The light is great and focus looks fine. There does seem however to be a smoothness to the image like a noise reduction program was used (to much)? If so I think it has lost a little detail in the plumage. Composition would have been better if the full reflection were shown. I'm certainly not bashing this because its a brilliant capture and I wish it were mine. 7/10 Very well done.

Wow, what a pose, and the light is wonderful. Excellent timing to catch the main action and the water splash too.
Only one nit: the partly cut tip of the wing in the reflection (so it's only 99.9999999 ... % perfect). ;-)
Moving the camera upward would also have made the composition more symmetrical, which I find nice in shots using reflection.
The silky smoothness of the plumage (rather lots of tiny detail) I find benefits the image with the reflection also being smooth.

Very artistic shot, Vasilis. The light and the details give this picture a surreal quality. I love the way the wings are spread out in a twisted kind of way, and the way the legs are pulled in. Excellent POV and composition. Well done and TFS. : )
