Hello friends, not the best focus but
love the flight pose of this cute bird.

1/500s f/4.5 ISO100
8.99mm (35mm eq:49mm)

from New Hampshire Public Television website

The American tree sparrow breeds above the
tree line in the tundra in northern Canada
and Alaska. It winters from southern Canada
throughout most of the United States.

The American tree sparrow migrates at night.
There is no overlap between its breeding
grounds and its winter territory.

Merci

Asbed

Hi Asbed,
really interesting bird. A lot of dynamism on this photo. Nice blue sky in the background.
Thanks for sharing,
Maciek

Asbed,

Landing gear is "up". Would have been a grand shot if our ISO would have been about 250-300 and the ss of about 1/1000th or faster. Colors are good.

Mike

Hello Asbed,
Despite the slight blurr in this inflight capture, the markings of this American Tree Sparrow stand out clearly against the blue sky and I like the side lighting on the BG branches,
Thanks,
Ivan
