|Adult male caribou (Rangifer tarandus) in the mountainous rocky tundra of West Greenland. Taken late at night (~midnight) in mid-May. It was quite relaxed to my presence as it grazed for a few hours on newly emergent grass.|

i like the natural surroundings here.. and the animal is just suitably elegant to fit in that atmosphere. photographically, some modifications are required Jeff.. regarding light control and focusing. but i also like the POV.
A great shot of this healthy looking Caribou. Looks like you captured him in an attractive relaxed pose and quite closely.
I hope you don't mind, but I wanted to try a WS to add some contrast.
The natural colours and details captured and displayed here is very eye-catching and striking. It is an image filled with natural beauty and no pretense. The inclusion of the natural surrounding here is great. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.
