[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Stayed out a whole day, fantastic sunsets as of late in Florida and was disappointed as it was so dark didn't think any of my nature shots "took" that evening. Then to my delight found this silhouette and share with you all. This bird is called an IBIS it is white and has an orange beak. Submitted him as "Ibis Drool" here on Trek during a drinking in moment during the day if you would like to see;

Adult Description

Long, down-curved, bright red bill.
Blue eyes.
Long red legs.
Body all white.
Tips of wings black.

A wading bird of the deep South, the striking White Ibis is frequently seen on lawns looking for large insects as well as probing for prey along the shoreline. Tonight he was getting ready to roost

Hello Brenda,
An attractive silhouette image filled with gorgeous colors. I must say for the overall size of the bird, they really seem to have quite large bills. Beautiful work Brenda!!
I would love to have seen what a flash would have done in this instance. Maybe you can give it a try sometime?
