I must admit I have never seen bees of this color before. They are simply gorgeous with their unusual silver gray color. Perfectly captured and displaying exceptional detail and excellent DOF.

With my 17-50mm lens I have tried few times bees / butterflies in-flight photos
and I have never succeeded like your great photo here, next spring / summer
I will try with my 85mm fixed length lens, great light, superb focus, sharpness, details, TFS
