Common name: aegyptian locust
This is a 2nd substage nymph of aegyptian locust, Anacridium aegyptium.
Aegyptian locust is a very common locust of cretan fauna. It is usualy live in a solitary phase but there are some cases in which it lives as gregarius phase causing severe damage in vineyards (shoots and grapes).
