Great close-up of this butterfly on this lovely white flower that looks like a variety of wild daisy to me. Very good POV, DOF and a properly highlighted subject with very good details. If I had taken this shot i would have gone for a little higher POV so to bring the petals in foreground in focus. Thanks for sharing,

Une variété inconnue chez moi, ressemble un peu a la canneberge.
Ici le dessous des ailes est violet, les détails sont magnifique.

Hola Anne, Esta es una foto preciosa, de una bella mariposa. Bien controlada la luz para equilibrar lo oscuro de la mariposa con el blanco de los pétalos de la flor. Perfecto el balance. La composición es muy buena así como la nitidez en toda la foto. Mi enhorabuena y un cordial saludo.

I must say the markings on this fritillary are incredible intricate and colorful. You have done a fine job of photographing it and allowing us to view it in excellent detail. The way you framed it looks great while the soft blurred BG keeps you focused on the pretty butterfly. Very nice!!
