[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This beautiful, rare species blooms normally in July. but we were lucky to see several flowers in early Sept. this year. Interestingly each plant has flowers with a different dot pattern. The species is perennial and grows in the arid mountains of the Middle East.
