Peneireiro-vulgar, Common Kestrel (Falco tinnunculus)
Another capture of this falco taken from the car in the wetlands of the Tagus Estuary Natural Reserve. This female very permissive allows a very good approximation.

Hello Jose,
Another outstanding image of a Common Kestrel. Perfectly posed and giving you an attractive over the shoulder look. Focus is sharp allowing us to see the fine detail in it's plumage as well as it's cute face. Colors are true and natural and you obtained very good DOF. I really like the clean blurred BG. Looks like you even managed to captured a bit of slime mold growing on the log.
