I took this in my backyard, we havent grown anything back there in years, so everything grows naturally now. Does anyone know what kind of flower this is?

I think it is an Iris...

Good shot. A bit less DOF could work well here?

That actually is a native Iris called Blue Flag, its common in marshes and wet places and is a wildflower.
