[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One of the famous everlastings from Western Australia. This one is probably Xerochrysum macrathum (it has changed genus quite a few times).
A perennial tall herb, with pinkish/whitish flowers in spring. The ants seem to love the flowers, probably trying to get some nectar.

The bud and the fully open flower have very fine subtle colours on them.

Hello Odile,
A beautiful flower presented in an attractive vertical composition. Not tac sharp, but still a pleasing image showing nice color and good exposure. I like the multi-colored blurred BG.
