[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this shot two days ago just before sunset. I was trying out a new lens and wanted to see what it was capable of doing at long distance and in low light.

I rarely see this golden afternoon light and finally had the opportunity to photograph it along with four male and one female American Wigeon.

American Wigeon are common in our western states, but during migration we occasionally get the good fortune of seeing them.

Hello Ron,
I like, better to say prefer such 'Golden Hour', to capture Wild Life Photography. It gives a beautiful warm tone. Well captured this moment with long shadows on water layer. "ODD NUMBER" water birds composition works well too.
Thanks for sharing,
Regards,
Srikumar

Hello Ron
Your new lens works well, or should I say the photographer knows how to use it ;) The lighting couldn't be any better, the colours are just stunning. Lovely composition with those cute little American Wigeons. We are lucky to get them in my area too. Thanks for sharing, have a great evening.

Hello Ron,
It is really a splendid capture. Amazing sharpness and excellent clarity. Outstanding colors. The light and details are great. Springtime is here in my country and it was unusual warm in the last days....
Thanks for sharing!
Marius.

Hi Ron,
Nice image with gorgeous late afternoon lights. The ducks seem a bit small in the frame, but the overall scene is very spectacular, with fantastic exposure and white balance. Congratulations!
Kind regards, László
