What a neat event you were able to photograph for us. They really do look as though they are somehow able to communicate with each other. Both are in sharp focus and display very nice detail. You managed the exposure quite well even under some challenging light. Unusual, interesting and just plain cute image!!

You have captured well the action between the bird and the turtle. The point of view is showing the details of the Terrapin and of the White Crowned Lapwing. The good luminosity is bringing out the colors. Have a nice day.
