[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
During 2014 I had posted a flying Pelican in TN from Vedanthangal Bird Sanctuary, India. As I had mentioned in that note, Dusk was about to fall and the birds were returning back to their nests. I was standing on the watch tower and saw the pelican which I had earlier clicked was, returning back.

Required sturdy hands to take this photo in the absence of tripod and in fading light.

Hi Bala, wonderful in flight capture, the details are absolutely perfect despite its fast mouvement,i like a lot the colorful composition too. Have a nice Sunday and thanks,Luciano

Hello Bala,
It is always difficult to capture a flying bird, at least to me. Exposure looks good and quite well details. But too tight crop; wings are almost touching the frame. It would have been a stunning shot if bird flew inside the frame. Hallows engulfed the bird; have a look edges of the bird; mainly top portion where BG is blueish sky.
Thanks for sharing,
Best regards and have a nice Sunday,

Hello Bala,
The photo looks a bit unnatural. I think you cropped it to much. It became noisy and the colors, specially in the sky, look unnatural. There's a hallow around the bird. Sharpness is very good.
