Hi Trekkers,

A shot taken today, my first photo of a cnidarian what I post, and a species popping up the 1st time on TN. It's the compass jellyfish (Chrysaora hysoscella), which I found less common on the Irish sea shores than the moon jellyfish (Aurelia aurita) - anyway, we can't be sure if the huge jellyfish invasion we experienced in 2017 will continue in the next years or it was a one-time off thing.

This species is new to TN, so please read the articles on wikipedia or Animal diversity.

Photo: taken on the majestic beach of Ardmore, in manual exposure mode. PP: moderate cropping, very slightly increasing highlights and decreasing shadows, little bit sharpened after re-sizing to the TN-standard.

Thanks for looking.
