In The Stomach of Earth
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
Thanks very much for your comments on my previous post. Now I invite you to a short underground journey, into "the stomach of earth" - a cave, especially to the Mitchelstown Cave, near Burncourt, Co. Tipperary, Ireland.
Photo: handheld, manual exposure mode, ISO and white balance. Another scene on the workshop photo.
Thanks for looking.

Rosie and I like to visit caverns such as this. A beautiful scene with lovely golden color tones. Sharply focused allowing us to view this natural formation in fine detail. You choice of a vertical composition worked out perfectly in this instance. Well done!!
One of the neatest caverns I have ever visited was near Tucson Arizona.
Ciao Laszlo, great view of fantastic cave, excellent exposure, wonderful colors and splendid light, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio
I like more the image in the workshop because it shows an overview of the cave.....The colors are amazing and despite the low light the details are excellent. Nice cave.
These are the wonders of nature and they leave you thinking about the history of our planet,Laszlo.
A well controlled capture to show the formation with fine details. The contrasts look good in the artificial lighting.
The shape reminds me of a Dinosaur. :)
