As I fly for holiday on Saturday, I say good-bye for a short time with this symbolic photo of Black-headed gull (Chroicocephalus ridibundus), wearing winter plumage.
Photographed near the Fota Arboretum, in shutter priority exposure mode. PP included moderate cropping and selective sharpening after re-sizing.
Meanwhile I'm out of Ireland, I try to comment your images whenever I can. Thanks for looking at mine as well.

What a unique looking shot of these Black-headed Gulls while inflight. Captured very low to the ground with their beautiful white wings fully outstretched. Nice detail and composed in an attractive manner.
