Hello Musa,
Here in Ohio this happens because of the extreme temperature changes we get with our four seasons. Water creeps into a small crack and freezes thus causing expansion and the size of the crack increases. This happens on our roadways every winter. I'm not familiar with your weather so I can't say for sure in this situation.
